4月28日上午🚶🏻，应交通AG尊龙凯时汽车工程系刘献栋教授邀请，尊龙凯时平台校友Y.Wang博士在北京AG尊龙凯时平台娱乐登录官方网站工程训练中心501会议室，做了题为“Automotive Design and Manufacturing Quality & Reliability”的学术报告。

在报告会上，王博士结合自身多年在国外汽车质量和可靠性领域的经历🤳🏼，讲述了国外汽车制造业在汽车设计和制造过程中的方法和流程，对先进的产品质量计划APQP和供应商PPAP进行了介绍，描述了为保证产品的可靠性和寿命要求的方法如DFMEA、DFR和加速可靠性及耐久性压力测试。

会后👱🏼‍♂️，参会的老师们，同学们积极发问，与王博士交流讨论，受益匪浅。参加本次学术沙龙活动的还有交通AG尊龙凯时刘献栋教授↗️，单颖春教授以及10余名博士，硕士研究生。

Y.Wang，Graduatedfrom University of Connecticut, USA with two Master degrees both in Engineeringin 1997. Graduated from Beihang University with Bachelor Degree inManufacturing Engineering in 1993. Since 1997, Mr. Wang has worked at DetroitU.S.A for Ford, BEHR, Chrysler, General Motors and Navistar companies etc. foralmost 20 years in the Automotive Quality and Reliability field. Recently Mr.Wang is working as Director of Quality at FZB. In 2000, Mr. Wang got a ConsumerDriven Quality Award from Ford Motor Company for road loadsensitivity/optimization to improve durability performance. Mr. Wang hassuccessfully directed several major projects in Chinese suppliers for U.Scustomers. Mr. Wang’s working experience is involved in the vehicledynamics/road load, safety, powertrain, electrical/electronic components,engine cooling, HVAC and power steering system. Mr. Wang has conducted numerousof training sections at different companies for APQP, PPAP, Robustness Design,DOE, Reliability Management and Design for Six Sigma. In addition, Mr. Wang haspublished several papers in 3D printing, wavelet analysis of turbulence data.
